Experience the garden tours in a whole new way!  Learn new ways to appreciate life and all the grows through this experiential learning opportunity!  Through learning some interesting facts about some of your favorite garden plants while developing new mindfulness practices, you will grow  in your capacity to experience the gifts that life can bring and cultivate your ability to truly be present.  Cultivation of the Soul will be held in a private garden, featured on local garden tours (the address will be provided to you before the program).  Each participant will receive a little piece of the garden to take home!  Space is VERY limited for this unique program, be sure to carefully take note of the details below. 


Registration

Due to venue size, space is limited.  Priority given to those who have taken part in the JSCWNY's Introduction to Mindfulness Class or Deepening Mindfulness Class. 

Cost

The fee for this program is $10.00, payable by cash or check (made out to Temple Beth Zion c/o the JSCWNY) at the event or before.

Other Details

  • This class will be outdoors, please dress accordingly. 
  • Light refreshments will be provided.
  • In the event of rain or inclement weather, this event will take place indoors at the same location.
  • On-street parking only
  • Outdoor learning space is wheelchair accessible (paved), indoor space in the case of inclement weather, is not wheelchair accessible--please contact us with questions, arrangements will be made if possible.
